The Plan will be going through a Reaccreditation Survey with the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC) from May 4, 2022 through May 6, 2022, here at our Ashburn location.  As required by AAAHC, we are notifying our members and employees of this upcoming survey.
