The Plan will be going through a Reaccreditation Survey with the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC) from April 28, 2025 through April 30, 2025, here at our Ashburn location.  As required by AAAHC, we are notifying our members and employees of this upcoming survey.
