When you call the Plan, you will hear . . . 

Thank you for calling the NALC Health Benefit High Option Plan. Please listen carefully as our menu options have changed. If this is a medical emergency, please hang up and dial 911.

• If you know your party's extension, press 1.
• If you are a High Option member, press 2.
• If you are a CDHP or Value Option member, press 3.
• If you are a Non Group or Staff member, press 4.
• If you are calling from a provider's office or facility, press 5.
• If you are an employee, press 6.
• For all other calls, press 9.

After making your selection, your call will be routed accordingly.
