We’re here to help you understand your health care options and make the most of your coverage.
It’s the hub for NALC HBP resources, including brochures, enrollment guides, updates, webinars, and wellness information.
It’s updated throughout the year with new plan news, webinars, and seasonal health reminders.
Depending on if memebrs are in the High Option or the CDHP Plan, they can join programs such as Maven for maternity and family support, Hello Heart for blood pressure management, Hinge Health for joint and muscle therapy, Real Appeal for weight management, and many more. For additional information please review our official Plan brochure.
You can enroll during the annual Open Season. This is the only time of year when you can change or select your PSHB coverage, unless you experience a qualifying life event such as marriage, birth, or retirement.
You can still see any licensed provider, but you’ll usually pay more out of pocket when you go out of network. Using in-network PPO providers gives you the lowest cost.
